Exercise: Stepping Forward

Figuring out who you are is not always that easy. It can be extra difficult when you are stuck in old ways of thinking.

This exercise is meant to help bring clarity in overcoming past mindsets, and confidence in building new ones.

Write down your 5 most common and consistent fearful thoughts.

Then, craft a positive version of those thoughts in a positive light.

Finally, evolve those new positive thoughts into a present tense, confident statement you will then be able to use as a declaration statement.

Recite out loud these declaration statements each morning and night to remind yourself who you truly want to be.
